Frozen Orange Creamsicle Cocktail
My frozen orange creamsicle cocktail is thick, creamy, and tastes just like your favorite summer treat. This drink is ready in minutes and perfect for hot summer days.

I love drinks that double as dessert like my Mudslide milkshake, birthday cake shot, and my chocolate martini. My new favorite is this orange creamsicle drink. It's perfect for summer cookouts or brunch with the girls.
Ingredient Notes and Shopping Tips

- Vanilla Ice Cream: I like Haagen Dazs because it has real vanilla flavor. Tillamook is also great. Avoid low fat and fat free ice cream which will make the drink thin and icy.
- Vodka: Any smooth mid shelf vodka will work. I like Tito's or Absolut. You could even try a flavored whipped cream vodka for a fun twist.
- Orange Soda: Keep it cold until you're ready to use it.
- Orange Juice: Freshly squeezed for bottled both work here. I like no pulp for the smoothest drink.
- Sherbet: Be sure you grab sherbet not sorbet. Sherbet contains dairy and will make the cocktail creamier.
- Orange Liqueur: I like the flavor of Cointreau. Avoid Grand Marnier which has a darker color that won't play nice with this drink.
Krystle's Tip
Freeze your glass for 10-15 minutes to help keep this drink icy cold.
