Eggnog Fudge

-shifty grin-

When I spotted Eggnog at our local supermarket last week, I was pumped! I immediately picked some up to drink and use in recipes (like this Eggnog Fudge recipe!!) I've also got an Eggnog Cheesecake in the works so stay tuned!

At checkout the cashier said "Wow they really are rushing the season".

Wut.......

I just smiled and nodded. Let's just pretend I haven't been listening to Christmas music, buying cookie cookbooks, and planning home decor for the past month! 😉

P.S. I'm not coming to your checkout line anymore!  #Bye

  1. I am planning to make homemade marshmallow cream. Do you know how many cups etc it takes.

    1. Krystle Smith says:

      Hi Robin,

I suggest using store bought marshmallow cream with this recipe. It was only tested that way and using homemade may have unexpected results.

Simply phenomenal. People are still talking about it like two weeks later.

    1. Krystle Smith says:

The highest praise, thanks so much Kristina!

Can I adjust the sugar? Would it hold up or set properly?

    1. Krystle Smith says:

      Hi Janet,

No, I would not adjust the amount of sugar in fudge. It will not set up. If you require a low sugar diet I'd look into fudge that is labeled as sugar free or low carb.

  4. I’m fixing to try it. Lost candy thermometer I’m hoping I can do cold water trick. Keeping fingers crossed sounds so good

    1. Krystle Smith says:

      Hi Dawn,

      Fingers crossed for you!

  5. Sindy Hershberger says:

Is white sugar the powder sugar or the other

    1. Krystle Smith says:

      Hi Sindy!

      White sugar=granulated sugar

      Great question
