Crock Pot BBQ Kielbasa Bites
You'll love these sweet and tangy slow cooker BBQ kielbasa bites. They only require three ingredients and always disappear quickly at parties!

I love easy appetizers I can make in the crock pot like my grape jelly meatballs, slow cooker little smokies, and Asian Meatballs. These crockpot bbq kielbasa bites are very similar. They only require a few ingredients and a few minutes of prep. Serve on a toothpick at parties or serve over egg noodles or rice for an easy dinner.
Ingredient Notes and Shopping Tips

- Sausage: I like using kielbasa because of its garlic flavor, but any rope style sausage will work great. You could even use turkey or chicken sausage.
- BBQ Sauce: Sweet Baby Ray's is my favorite. Stubb's is also good if you prefer a less sweet sauce. Avoid super thin vinegar based sauce.
- Chili Sauce: I used Heinz. Note this is a thicker, zester version of ketchup. Do not Asian chili sauce or hot sauce, it will be too spicy!

Krystle's Tips: Steal My Culinary School Secrets
- Don't Keep Browning: Not only does it add flavor, but it helps remove excess fat so the sauce isn't greasy.
- Don't Use High Heat: Cooking on high in the crock pot can cause them to overcook which toughens the casing.

This recipe looks super interesting and delicious, I will definitely be trying this out!
These slow cooker BBQ kielbasa bites were sweet, tangy, and so easy to make. They’re the kind of party snack that disappears fast.
I threw these into the slow cooker for a quick gathering, and they were an absolute hit. The kielbasa gets so tender, and the sweet, savory BBQ sauce caramelizes perfectly around the edges. It’s pretty much the ultimate low-effort, high-reward party appetizer.
You weren't kidding when you said these disappear fast - served these at a small family gathering yesterday night and these were the first to go! Not surprised though - they were delicious and I'm impressed by how little effort the recipe took.
I made these for the NBA playoffs and my family devoured them!! Super easy to make and delicious!
