Raspberry Daiquiri
This amazingly refreshing raspberry daiquiri cocktail has the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors. It only requires 4 ingredients and is ready in no time!

Spring has me craving fruity cocktails like a Miami Vice or Sea Breeze. Another one I make often is this raspberry daiquiri. It is sweet, fruity, and super easy to make. It is a little more tart than a strawberry daiquiri. If your raspberries are out of season, you can always add extra sugar to your simple syrup to taste. We love making it for dinner parties, pool parties, or just sipping on the couch while reading a good book. It's pink color also makes it a great choice for Valentine's Day or Bachelor Event parties.
Ingredient Notes and Shopping Tips

- Rum: I like using white rum here. Bacardi and Plantation are my go to brands.
- Lime Juice: Use freshly squeezed juice. Pick limes that are heavy and firm but not hard. Heavy limes have more juice, while hard ones may be dried out.
- Raspberries: Raspberries are best when they are bright in color and plump. The smaller the berry, the sweeter they tend to be. You can also use frozen berries if they're out of season.
️Krystle's Tips ️
- Out-of-season raspberries? You can add more sugar to your simple syrup. Taste as you go.
- Lime Juice: To get the most juice from your limes, microwave them for 20-30 seconds and roll them on the counter.
- Avoid a Watered-Down Drink: Use frozen raspberries instead of ice to avoid watering down your cocktail.
No cocktail shaker?
No problem! Use a mason jar instead.
