Notes
Ingredient Notes and Shopping Tips
Rum
: I like using white rum here.
I like Bacardi and Plantation best.
Lime Juice
: Use freshly squeezed juice.
Krystle's Tips
Out-of-season raspberries?
You can add more sugar to your simple syrup. Taste as you go.
Lime Juice
: To get the most juice from your limes, microwave them for 20-30 seconds and roll them on the counter.
No cocktail shaker?
No problem! Use a mason jar instead.
Avoid a Watered-Down Drink
: Use frozen raspberries instead of ice to avoid watering down your cocktail.
Serve
: Serve in a chilled glass with a stem like a wine glass.
