Tiramisu Cups
My no bake Tiramisu cups feature coffee soaked lady fingers layers with a mascarpone whipped cream. This easy recipe is so much faster than making the actual dessert. Bonus: No raw eggs.

I love no bake desserts like oreo cheesecake, Smores Pie, and Cannoli dip. My newest favorite are these Tiramisu Cups. They have all those classic flavors and look impressive, but are surprisingly easy to make. I used glass dessert jars, but you could use plastic cups, mason jars, or even wine glasses. We love making them for dinner parties so everyone has their own individual dessert at the end!
Ingredient Notes and Shopping Tips

- Ladyfingers Ladyfingers are classic and don't far apart when you soak them. But if you can't find them you could also use cubed vanilla cake, pound cake, or even angel food for a lighter twist.
- Espresso: Freshly brewed or instant espresso powder work well. You can also use very strong coffee in a pinch. Baking Beauty Hack: Get 5-7 shots of espresso in the Starbucks drive through.
- Mascarpone cheese: Choose full fat mascarpone for the best texture. If you can't find it you can also use a cream cheese or sour cream mixture. Drained Ricotta like we use in our cannoli cheesecake can also work.
- Kahlua: Bailey's, Amaretto, or Frangelico would also be delicious. You can leave this out if desired.
- Cocoa Powder: I like using Dutch Process for dusting as it has a rich but mild chocolate flavor.

Krystle's Tips
- The Colder the Better: Make sure your cream, bowl and betters are ice cold to help it whip faster. Also be sure to use your mascarpone straight out of the fridge. If it's too warm it could curdle the mixture.
- Sift Cocoa If Needed: This will help prevent it from clumping.
