This no-bake smores pie has a buttery graham cracker crust and a rich chocolate filling. Topped off with marshmallow and chocolate it will give you all the Smores flavor you crave. Best of all there is no campfire required.
Smores is one of my favorite flavors. So far I’ve shared fun creations like Smores Dip, and Smores Cheesecake. However, this No Bake Smores Pie might just be my favorite yet.
It has a buttery graham cracker crust, a rich chocolate filling, and then the whole thing is topped with marshmallows and more chocolate.
This no-bake smores pie is SO easy but so good.
It Is Perfect For
- Summer picnics
- Reunions and potlucks
- When you’re craving Smores in the middle of winter!
Why I Love This Recipe
- Tons of Chocolate: The rich chocolate pudding base is topped off with more Hershey’s chocolate.
- No-Bake: You don’t have to turn on your unless you want to broil your marshmallows.
- Easy: It only takes a few minutes to prep: Most of the time is spent waiting around for things to set up in the fridge.
Ingredient Notes and Shopping Tips
- Graham Crackers: Avoid premade graham cracker crusts which can get soggy. If you don’t have a food processor, you can crush your graham crackers in a plastic baggie using a rolling pin.
- Pudding: Make sure to grab Instant pudding and not the cook and serve version.
- Mini Marshmallows: Large marshmallows can also be used if you’d prefer!
- Hershey Bar: Hershey’s says classic Smores to me! You could use any candy you like though or even milk chocolate chips.
How to Make Smores Pie
- Make the Crust: Combine graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Press into pan.
- Make Pudding: Mix pudding and milk. Allow to set.
- Pour into pie crust, chill for 30 more minutes
- Garnish: Top with marshmallows, chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs.
Leftovers
- Storage: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Freeze: Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before enjoying again.
Tips
- Make-Ahead: Make up to 2 days in advance.
- A kitchen torch can be used if you don’t wanto broil your pie.
