For the Base

Ladyfingers or Sponge Cake
Cubed

Espresso
or Strong Coffee
For the Mascarpone Cream

Cup
Mascarpone Cheese
1
Cup
Heavy Cream
½
Cup
Powdered Sugar

Tablespoon
Kahlua
Cocoa powder
For Garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until thickened.
Fold in the mascarpone cheese and Kahlua until combined.
In small dessert cups, layer ladyfingers and top with espresso. Don't worry if you don't use all of the espresso.
Pipe or spoon mascarpone cream onto the cake.
Repeat the layers.
Repeat layers and finish with a final layer of cream.
Dust with cocoa powdered and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
