  1. Why did you use egg whites inserts of the whole egg?

    1. Krystle Smith says:

      Hi Alisa!
Great question! When using a white cake mix, adding eggs will turn the batter yellow. It also leads to a lighter airier batter.

  2. Do you know if anyone tried these with a gluten free cake mix? I have a vanilla mix but don't know how it would turn out.

    1. Krystle Smith says:

      Hi Kayla,

Please let us know if you try this and how it goes. Thanks for stopping by!

Hello and good afternoon, I just want to know if you have a newsletter that I can subscribe to? If you do, can you please send it to me? Thank you very much!

Absolutely, I'll add you now. Thanks for your interest! 🙂

  4. My cupcakes sank. Is there a reason? Did I do something wrong?

    1. Krystle Smith says:

      Hi Frankie!

I've experienced that before. Was everything in date? Be sure to also bake for the suggested amount of time before opening the oven which can also cause things to deflate.
