Sally Hansen Dry and Go Drops Review

Save For Later

Disclosure: The Sally Hansen Dry and Go Drops used in this review was purchased with my own money.

What Sally Hansen says:A fast nail polish dryer that helps prevent smudges and dings. With just a few drops, nails are dry to the touch in 60 seconds and completely dry in less than 2 minutes.

What Baking Beauty says: I love how quickly this dries my polish, but I was sad it didn't prevent sheet marks.

Sally Hansen Dry and Go Drops Review

What I loved:
1. Quick drying: In about 5 minutes my nails are dry enough that I can feel confident moving around and touching things. (LOL!). Also, I can get a shower without any smudging/chips.

2. Shine: These drops add a wonderful shine to my manicure.

3. A little goes a long way: Only 1-2 drops per nail is effective. I think this will make the bottle last forever!

What I didn't like:

1. The packaging: I wish the dropper somehow screwed into the cap. Because it's separate its hard to store, and easy to lose.

2.Sheet marks: Even if I put this product on 4 hours before bed I still get sheet/impression marks.

Price:Around 7-8 bucks

Available at: Your local drugstore or Drugstore.com

I am so impatient when I do my nails.. I may need to try this 🙂

  2. Susan Smith says:

I’ve tried a quick dry nail polish once and didn’t have much luck with it. I didn't notice that it made a difference. I do my nails after the kids are in bed so I can have a chance to sit while my nails dry,

  3. I've never really used drops before. I generally do my nails while I'm watching TV or something, it gives a good distraction to keep my hands still and let them dry! :p

Does this spread evenly? And how is the consistency?

    1. It spreads evenly (I do one dot on the middle and one on each side).

It doesn't feel oily or leave any residue.

  4. sounds great except that after 4 hours it will still come off on things. yikes

  5. Kiss & Make-up says:

Sounds alright, but I am not convinced enough to go buy it myself.

  6. Dana Rodriguez says:

I haven't heard of these.I am not sure if I would buy them because of the downfalls

  7. Karen Glatt says:

I have not done this yet. I love to paint and decorate my nails, but I do not know if I would use this product if you are still having sheet/impression marks. I think I will stick to my regular nail color products. Thanks for this review.

  8. I've only tried a quick dry nail polish once and didn't have much luck. I guess it's okay when you're in a hurry. Five minute dry time is pretty good. Thanks for the review.

  9. Kind of sounds like you pay for what you get, huh? 🙂
