Aurora Tarts
Left: The Make it Pink, Make it Blue Aurora Fruit Tart features rich cream, tart raspberry mousse, and a unique color-changing solution. It is available at Le Petit Cafe at the Riviera Resort.
Right: The Princess Aurora dessert features sweet orange honey mousse, bright strawberry curd, and a crunchy almond crumble. Pick it up at Toppolino's Terrace also at the Riviera resort.
Guardian of the Dragon Gem
This features tropical mango mousse, a unique lychee-dragon fruit gel, and moist coconut cake. Grab it at Creature Comfort in Animal Kingdom by September 12.
