I try to go into reviews with an open mind, but sometimes it's hard. To be honest I did not have high hopes for this eye liner, because I have low expectations for all eye liners!
Nothing lasts beyond a few hours on my water line.
However, I was SO excited to try this pencil. When I swatched it on my hand, and then tried to wash it off it did NOT budge.
I held it under running water, and rubbed but it did not move.

The texture of this is phenomenal! It effortlessly glides across the eye with barely any pressure.

This wore for around 3-4 hours on my water line and all day on my upper lash line. If you have more normal eyes, you'll probably get even better wear.
What I liked best was it never migrated onto my lower lid/inner corner. It just gradually faded away.

Gel liner in a pencil form is new! I tend to not wear gel liner on a daily basis mainly because I have to use a brush, clean it soon etc. But I've always loved the finish they give. Really want to try this!!
Awesome review! I sort of like it when the reviewer doesn't have high expectations. So, when you are completely sold on it, I know it was tested under serious scrutiny.
I've heard such good things about these liners! Right now I've been loving Rimmel Scandaleyes and L'Oreal gel liner!

I haven't yet found an eyeliner that stays put on my waterline without giving me raccoon eyes......this sounds like a nice pick!
Oh I really wish I could find ANYTHING that lasts on my waterline for 3-4 hours, but most formulas irritate my eyes and in any case they slip off within half an hour! I usually use gel liner everywhere else and leave my lower waterline alone. Now I'm interested in checking this one out!

I can totally relate. Most pencils don't last one hour on my water line!
This sounds like a great liner! Finding ones that stick around on the inner rim is rough, have you tried the NARS longer than life eyeliners?

Not a bad wear time! I tend to have watery eyes so I would probably get the same result. I love how black it is. I hate when black pencils end up being more gray or charcoal. I love the dramatic black look!
I loved these pencils when I previously tried them. I wish Avon was still CF!
Wait... What? This pencil is available in the U.S. now? It has only been available in the U.K. prior to now. I am definitely picking this up, I have heard so many rave reviews on it. 😀

I use liner alot and I especially like gel but some make me look like I have racoon yes
I usually use pencil liner when I wear eye makeup. I've tried liquid, it would smudge before it even dried. Pencil ends up making a mess as the day goes on. I haven't tried gel yet.
I do love the fact that this comes in an easy to use pencil!
the michelle phan one lasts the longest on me, but this is a much cheaper option.
ps: yes, you can use another oil. i said so in the post 🙂
