For The Burger Patty

For The Quesadilla Burger

Flour Tortillas
4
Slices
Cheddar Cheese

Cup
Canned Corn
Drained

Jalapeno Pepper
Seeded and Thinly Sliced

Tomato

Avocado

For the Chipotle Ranch

Ranch Dressing

Chipotle Chili Powder

Instructions
For The Burger Patty
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, and chipotle chili powder. Form into even patties and place a dimple in the center.
Grease skillet ,and heat over medium high heat. Season with salt and pepper just before cooking.
Cook until burgers are your desired level of doneness. Drain grease.
Add four flour tortillas to the skillet, and top with cheese. Cook over medium high heat until tortillas are crispy and cheese is melted.
Add corn and burger to 2 of the tortillas. Top with tomato, avocado, and jalapeno peppers.
In a small bowl combine ranch dressing, chili powder, paprika, and salt/pepper. Drizzle over burger. Top with remaining tortillas.
