Pour in Rice Krispies and stir until combined.
Using greased hands press rice krispie mixture over the top of the chocolate layer.
Top rice krispies with the remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Notes
Tips
Chocolate Chips: Semi-sweet prevents the dessert from being too sweet. I like Ghirardelli which melts smoothly.
Save your empty butter wrappers: They're great for greasing your pan.
Skip the parchment paper: It can burn under the broiler. I line my pan with nonstick foil which can stand up to the high heat.
Spray your spatula and hands with nonstick cooking spray
Watch the broiler closely: 30 seconds can be the difference between golden brown perfection and the smoke alarm going off. It should only take about 1-2 minutes.
