Oreo Brownies With Oreo Cream Filling

Ingredients
For the Brownies

Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Cup
Butter
Cubed

Vanilla Extract

For the Filling
½
Cup
Vegetable Shortening
Softened

White Sugar

Instructions
For the Brownies
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a jelly roll pan with tin foil. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aide.
In a large microwave safe bowl melt butter and chocolate chips until smooth (~45-60 seconds).
Stir in sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour a little at a time until just combined.
Evenly spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
For the Ore Filling
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
Asembly
Run a knife around the edge of the brownies. Flip over onto a flat surface. Cut in half with a knife.
Evenly spread filling onto half of the brownie. Top with the other half of the brownie.
