No Bake Peanut Butter Mousse Cups
My Peanut Butter Mousse jars are rich, creamy, and layered with Oreos and Reese's cups. This easy no bake dessert only requires a few ingredients.

Ingredients

Oreo Cookies
Crushed Into Coarse Crumbs

Cup
Cream Cheese
(1) 8 Ounce Package
¾
Cup
Heavy Cream
½
Cup
Peanut Butter
½
Cup
Powdered Sugar
Melted Chocolate, Melted Peanut, and Mini Reese's Cups
If Desired, For Garnish
Instructions
Place Oreos into a plastic baggie and crush with a rolling pin, or pulse in food processor until you get coarse crumbs.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until thickened.
Stir in peanut butter.
In dessert glasses add a layer of cookie crumbs. Spoon or pipe peanut butter mixture on top.
Repeat. Drizzle with chocolate and/or more peanut butter if desired. Top with Reese's cups.
Chill for at least one hour before serving. Enjoy!
