For the Cookies

For the Marshmallow Frosting
½
Cup
Butter
Softened
1
Cup
Powdered Sugar
3 ½

Marshmallow Creme

Teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
Instructions
For the Cookies
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
Stir in milk, egg, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour a little a time a time until just combined. Do not over mix.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form dough into ~1 inch balls. Make an indentation with your thumb in the center of each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the center is just set. Cool completely.
For the Marshmallow Frosting
Cream butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Gradually add in powdered sugar a little at a time. Fold in marshmallow cream.
Pipe or spoon into the center of the cookie.
