In a large bowl, cream together the butter ,sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Mix in the milk and vanilla until combined.
Gradually mix in the flour a little at a time.
Fold in the chocolate chips.

Ingredient Notes
Butter: Soften butter by leaving it out for about an hour before you're ready to make this recipe. If you don't have time to soften butter, cut it into smaller pieces to speed up the process.
Flour: If you're nervous about eating raw flour I suggest heat treating it. You can do this by using a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
Storage
Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to a week.
Freeze in a freezer bag or container for up to 3 months.
