Ingredients
For the Cookies

Box
Yellow Cake Mix
15.25 Ounces
2
Eggs
Room Temperature
½
Cup
Unsalted Butter
Melted

Teaspoon
Vanilla
For the Glaze
¼
Cup
Unsalted Butter
½
Cup
Granulated Sugar
1
Tablespoon
Water
1
Teaspoon
Vanilla
Instructions
For the Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until combined. It will be thick and sticky.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough onto prepared pan. I used a 2 tablespoon (#40) scoop.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are set and centers still look slightly underdone. Do not underbake.
Cool for 5 minutes on the pan.
For the Glaze
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar and water.
Heat until sugar dissolves, but do not allow to boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Spoon or brush glaze over slightly warm cookies.
Let sit 15-20 minutes to absorb. Enjoy!
