Instructions
Core ,peel ,and chop apples. Place apples in slow cooker.
In a large bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients. Pour over apples.
Cook on high heat for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to low. Cook for 10-12 hours or until dark brown in color.
If lumps remain mash with a potato masher or use an immersion blender.
Cook on low for 1-2 more hours or until thick.
Cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
