Crock Pot Garlic Butter Steak Bites
My crock pot steak bites are made with tender sirloin and covered in ranch garlic butter. This easy recipe comes together quickly with pantry ingredients, but tastes like it came from your favorite steakhouse!

Instructions
Cut steak into even bite sized pieces cutting against the grain. Pat dry and then season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sear steak until browned on all sides working in batches if needed.
Transfer to slow cooker. Deglaze skillet with broth scraping up any browned bits. Pour into slow cooker.
Sprinkle with ranch seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and garlic. Top with butter.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Garnish with parsley before serving if desired.
Notes
You can also use round or flat iron steak if desired.
