Ingredient Notes and Shopping Tips
Brown Sugar: Pack it down in the cup when you measure it. To keep brown sugar soft store a few marshmallows in your canister.
Cinnamon: For an extra burst of flavor grate this fresh from cinnamon sticks.
Coffee: You can use espresso, Instant espresso, or even strong brewed coffee. I used Starbucks French roast.
Milk: For the creamiest drink use whole milk.
Tips
Cinnamon Syrup: Keep the leftover syrup on hand for additional coffees, cocktails, or even french toast. Stored in the fridge it will last about 1 month.
Froth Milk: Froth milk without any special equipment by stirring in a saucepan with a whisk.
