For Garnish
Instructions
To make honey syrup: Combine equal parts honey and hot water until dissolved. Cool.
Add gin, lemon juice, honey, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-12 seconds.
Strain and pour into glass. Garnish with lemon if desired.
