Line a 9x13 inch pan with tin foil or parchment paper. Spray with non stick cooking spray.
Melt one bag of the chocolate candy wafers according to the package directions. I just did mine in a glass bowl in the microwave. Pour into your pan and spread smooth with a spatula.
Put the pan in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden the chocolate.
<b>Note:</b> If your freezer is full (and you dodge out of the way when you open it) you can also stick in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Press over chocolate layer. Put in the freezer for another 5 minutes.
Melt the remaining chocolate and put over the peanut butter layer, again smoothing with a spatula.
Once set break up into pieces with a sharp knife.
Store in the fridge, but let it sit at room temperature before enjoying.
