In a medium bow, whisk together all sauce ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
For the Beef
In a large skillet fry bacon for about 4-5 minutes per side or until crispy. Reserve around 1 tablespoon of grease. You can also use olive oil if you want.
Add beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle with baking soda.
Cook for 7-10 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain excess grease if needed.
For the Bowls
Evenly divide lettuce between four bowls. Top with ground beef, cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles, an bacon. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
