3 Ingredient Frozen Peach Bellini

This easy peach bellini cocktail is fruity, frosty, and so refreshing. One sip and you'll realize why this adult slushie is one of my favorite drinks.

Ingredients

6 Ounces Sparkling White Wine
1 Ounce Peach Schnapps
½ Cup Frozen Peaches Sliced
Ice

Instructions

Add 3-4 frozen peach slices, sparkling wine, and peach schnapps into the blender. Blend until slushy.
Add ice and additional peaches until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into glasses ,and garnish with more peaches if desired.

Ingredient Notes

- Peaches: This drink is traditionally made with white peaches, but any variety will do. This is one instance where I actually prefer frozen or fresh fruit.
- Asti: We love this Moscato sparkling wine. You can also use Cava or Prosecco but they tend to be drier. Champagne works well too but is pricier.I like Martin and Rossi.
- Peach Schnapps:I like Dekuyper. Archer is also a good choice.

Tips

How To Open Sparkling Wine: Open it like a pro every time by tilting the bottle at an angle and turning the bottle NOT the cork.

Keep Cold: Keep drinks cold by pre-chilling glasses in the freezer. I suggest chilling all ingredients as well.
