Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

For the Dough

  • 2 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1/4 Ounce Pizza Yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2/3 Cup Warm Water
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

For the Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

For the Pizza

  • 1 1/2 Cups Grilled Chicken Shredded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 Slices Bacon Cooked Crisp
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion Sliced

Instructions

For the Pizza

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.  In a large bowl, mix combine, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until combined.
  • Knead for 4-6 minutes or until the dough no longer sticks to your fingers.  Press or roll into a circle. 

For the Alfredo

  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.  Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.  Pour in cream, bring to a simmer. Boil for 30 seconds. 
  • Pour in cream, bring to a simmer. Boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, and stir in cheese. Season with salt/pepper to taste. 

Putting It All together

  • Spread half of alfredo sauce onto pizza crust. Add chicken, and top with the rest of the alfredo sauce. 
  • Sprinkle with bacon, cheese, and onion.
  • Bake for 14-16 minutes.
