Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix combine, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until combined.
Knead for 4-6 minutes or until the dough no longer sticks to your fingers. Press or roll into a circle.
For the Sauce
In a medium saucepan, melt butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in cream, bring to a simmer. Boil for 30 seconds.
Pour in cream, bring to a simmer. Boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, and stir in cheese. Season with salt/pepper to taste.
Putting It All together
Spread half of alfredo sauce onto pizza crust. Add chicken, and top with the rest of the sauce.
