Mango Panini Recipe + Giveaway

Ingredients
Italian Bread
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Butter
Onion
Red or Yellow Pepper
Mango
Instructions
Sautee onion and pepper in a skillet with non stick cooking spray until tender.
Heat up panini press or skillet.
Cut mango into spears about the size of a pickle.
Generously butter your bread.
Assemble sandwich with cheese, veggies, meat (if desired), and mango.
Heat in skillet or panini press for around 3-4 minutes.
