Oreo Brownies With Oreo Cream Filling

Oreo Brownies: Milk's favorite brownie is ready in under 20 minutes! Rich homemade oreo cream filling sandwiched between 2 cakey chocolate brownies.

  • <b> For The Oreo Brownies </b>
  • ¾ Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Cup Butter Cubed
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ Cup Flour
  • <b> For the Filling </b>
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Shortening Softened
  • 1 Teaspoon White Sugar
  • Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Hot Water


  • Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a jelly roll pan with tin foil. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aide.
  • In a large microwave safe bowl melt butter and chocolate chips until smooth (~45-60 seconds).
  • Stir in sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.
  • Gradually stir in flour a little at a time until just combined.
  • Evenly spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely.
  • <b> For The Oreo Filling </b>
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • <b> For Assemble your Oreo Brownies </b>
  • Run a knife around the edge of the brownies. Flip over onto a flat surface. Cut in half with a knife.
  • Evenly spread filling onto half of the brownie. Top with the other half of the brownie.
