Copycat Pf Chang's Lettuce Wraps
Copycat PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps: In the mood for PF Changs but don't want to go out? Try these copycat Lettuce Wraps: savory chicken wrapped inside crisp lettuce. This healthy recipe is perfect as an appetizer or a light supper.
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Pound Ground Chicken
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Sweet Onion, Diced
- 1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Freshly Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 8 Ounce Can Whole Water Chestnuts, Drained and Diced
- 2 Green Onions, Sliced
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- 1 Head Butter Lettuce
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger,and Sriracha. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for 1-2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon chicken mixture into the center of butter lettuce leaves.
