Cannoli Dip

Cannoli Dip: Rich and creamy dip that tastes just like cannoli in dip form. Easy and ready in 10 minutes!


  • 2 Cups Ricotta Cheese, Drained
  • 1 Cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips


  • In a large bowl, beat ricotta cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
  • Add vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar a little at a time until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 20-30 minutes before serving.
