Have you ever made a Smore in the microwave? When you place the second graham cracker on top, the filling often oozes out onto the plate. I always try my best to scoop this up with my graham crackers. I’m not about to let chocolate go to waste!
This gave me the idea to make a Smores Dip. As we welcome Fall tomorrow, let’s enjoy one last taste of summer!
More Dessert Dips:
Smores Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 8 Large Marshmallows
- Broken Graham Crackers For Dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Add chocolate chips to an oven safe cast iron skillet. Cut the marshmallows in half. (I've found the easiest way to do this is using greased kitchen shears but your fingers will work too!). Place on top of chocolate chips.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Serve with graham crackers for dipping.

S’mores. . .DIPPPPP?? I have no words to say other than thank you! I’m going to hate you for a bit when my jeans get tight, but for now this is just what i need to make!
I would love it if you would share this at my weekly linky party : )
This looks absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to try it!
Thank you! 🙂
Would this also work in a glass pan? Or would that end up burning the chocolate? I really want to try this, but i have no cast iron.
Hey Megan,
Yes I feel like a glass pan would be fine as long as it’s oven safe and tall enough so it doesn’t bubble over! 🙂
This could not be an easier to make and it looks AMAZING!!!
Thanks so much Betsy!
