Pepperoni Pizza Dip

I will devour pizza of any shape or size. I've previously shared recipes like cheeseburger pizza, and buffalo chicken pizza. I also love using pizza flavors in other dishes like my pepperoni pizza grilled cheese, pepperoni pizza sliders, pizza burgers, or my pizza pasta. My newest favorite is this hot pizza dip. No kneading or rolling dough required! It has all your favorite toppings added right in! However, feel free to adapt to fit your tastes! We love it for game day, parties, or just as a side on pasta night.
Ingredient Notes and Shopping Tips

- Cream Cheese: Use full fat brick style cream cheese. Be sure it is softened to prevent lumps. Leave at room temperature for 30-60 minutes. Short on time? Place the foil wrapped package into warm not hot water for around 10 minutes.
- Italian Seasoning: You can also make your own with just a few ingredients.
- Mozzarella: Shred your own if at all possible. Pre-shredded varieties have fillers that can cause the dip to be grainy or oily.
- Parmesan: Grate your own or grab some pre-grated near the fresh pasta. Avoid the green jar variety for the best flavor.
- Pizza Sauce: I like Del Grosso's Pappy Fred's pizza sauce best.
FAQs
Yes! Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
We love breadsticks, crackers, and chips. Soft pretzels, veggies, or even mozzarella sticks would be tasty too.
