No Bake Peppermint Cheesecake Mousse: Creamy cheesecake meets cool peppermint in this decadent cheesecake mousse! No bake and takes less than 15 minutes to prepare!

 

No Bake Peppermint Cheesecake

Let’s face it Christmas is fun, but a TON of work.

 

You’ve got to:

 

  1. Brave the malls to get your presents
  2. Come home and wrap all those suckers
  3. 77 parties where you need to at least show your face
  4. Bake cookies for Santa
  5. And let’s not forget having to move that darned elf on the shelf each night!

 

Give yourself a break when it comes to Christmas dessert with this no bake peppermint cheesecake mousse! It comes together super quick, no baking required! It can even be made ahead.

 

Whip it out after Christmas dinner, for a tasty impressive dessert. No one has to know how easy it was! 🙂

Light and airy this peppermint mousse is wonderful for Christmas dessert.

Ingredients

  • 5 Ounces Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 Box White Chocolate Instant Pudding mix
  • 1 Box Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • ½ Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 8 Ounces Extra Creamy Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 2 Drops Red Food Coloring If desired

Instructions

  • Place Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers in a large baggie. Crush with a rolling pin. (You could also use a food processor if you have one).
  • In a small bowl, stir crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Spoon into individual serving cups.
  • In a large bowl, combine milk and white chocolate pudding mix. Mix until combined. Set aside.
  • In another large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • To your cream cheese, add white chocolate pudding mix, DRY cheesecake pudding mix, peppermint extract, and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Beat until combined. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
  • Pipe or spoon into dishes over top of the cookie crust.
  • Garnish with additional cookies, or crushed candy canes if desired.

    When do you add the whipped topping in the peppermint cheesecake mousse? It’s not in the directions.
