Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation Review and Swatches

This foundation easily covers my redness and hyper pigmentation. Also, I love that it can easily double as a concealer for blemishes if you dot a little extra on problem areas.

It literally glides on. It’s really creamy and easy to blend.

Lasting Power:5/5

This wore for around 8 hours on me before it started looking a little oily/cakey.

Ease of Use:4/5

I’d recommend applying this with a blending sponge. Currently I’m obsessed with my Cynthia Rowley Makeup Sponge (think beauty blender, but it only costs around 5 bucks!).

When I apply this with my fingers or a brush it tends to look uneven/mask like. However, it looks incredible when blended in with a sponge.

Love the little tube! It’s easy to travel with, and there’s no risk of contaminating the product with your fingers.

What does it cost?: $43

Where can I buy it?:Sephora, Nordstrom, and any Laura Mercier Counter!
