1. Blondies (Brownies sans chocolate)
2. Cheesecake
3. Caramel

Caramel Apple Cheesecake

It is not an easy 10 minute dessert, but it is SO SO worth it. Plus what else have you got to do when you're cooped up inside?

If you are short on time or just not into making things from scratch you can always use short cuts. (i.e. Store bought Graham Cracker Crust to replace the blondies, caramel ice cream topping, or frozen baked apples.

Does the Cool Whip it calls for in the cheesecake mean the cinnamon whipped cream or does it need cool whip and how much?

  2. I made this recipe and although it looked nothing like your beautiful picture (lol) it was delicious and was a big hit!!

Taste is all that matters, glad you made it and enjoyed it! 🙂

  3. The caramel sauce recipe yielded less than 3/4 cup but the recipe calls for 3/4 cup plus more for drizzling. Does the recipe require a double batch of caramel sauce?

    1. Krystle Smith says:

      Hi Michele,

Great question! I usually just reserve a little for drizzling, but you could make a double batch too.
