Givenchy Magic Kajal Eyeliner Review

Save For Later

Disclosure: The Givenchy Magic Kajal Eyeliner used in this review was purchased with my own money.

Givenchy says: Givenchy Magic Kajal Eye Pencil reveals the beauty of eyes with a very intense carbon black shade to apply around the inner rim of the eyelids. The formula is enriched with vitamin E for a smooth application and is long lasting—allowing your dark, eye-catching look to last all day.

Baking Beauty says: The magic kajal pencil is richly pigmented and so buttery smooth. However, it smudges like crazy and does not wear well.

Givenchy Magic Kajal Eyeliner Review

Best for: Those looking for a super smoky eye.

Avoid it if: You want/need to wear this all day.

Quality: 2/5

Pigmentation:5/5

The liner is true stark black.

Texture:5/5

It was so smooth and creamy. It literally glided along my lid with almost zero effort.

Lasting Power:2/5

This product didn’t last beyond 2 hours on my waterline.

Ease of use:2/5

This product smudges almost immediately after applying. Just blinking would transfer the product from my water line to the top of my eyelid.

I could line my waterline and my eye would automatically be tightlined after blinking normally for a few minutes. Not good!

Value:2/5

If I’m paying $24 for an eyeliner I want it to last long enough for me to actually get out of the house. I love its color payoff and texture, but I would never repurchase.

Packaging:5/5
