Blue Moon Ice Cream: A Rich and creamy treat that looks like summer in a bowl. EASY & no churn.
  1. In a large chilled bowl beat whipping cream until thickened. Pour in milk, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, raspberry extract, and lemon extract. Fold in until smooth.
  2. Add food coloring until you reach your desired shade of blue.
  3. Then, pour into a tub or bowl. Freeze for at least 5-6 hours.
  4. Soften for 5-10 minutes on the counter before serving.
