Chocolate chip cookies are my all time favorite dessert. I love finding new ways to enjoy them like my cookie dough cheesecake and cookie dough frosting. When I saw these cookie dough croissants going viral on TikTok I knew I needed to try them. They are so easy to make you'll have in the oven in minutes not hours. The hardest part is waiting for them cool!

Ingredient Notes/Shopping Tips

  • Croissants: Choose all butter croissants from the bakery for the best flavor. Store bought works too but are often less flaky. It is okay if they are starting to get stale as they will crisp up again when you bake them.
  • Cookie Dough: I like using Pillsburys' safe to eat raw cookie dough as I prefer mine underbaked and gooey. You can also use homemade cookie dough just make sure it is chilled first.

Krystle's Tips: Steal My Culinary School Secrets

  1. Use cookie dough straight out of the fridge so holds its shape and less oozes out.
  2. Don't slice all the way through. You want it to open up almost like a hot dog bun.
Can I Air Fry Them?

Absolutely! Air fry at 350 for around 5 minutes.

Two ingredients and it looks bakery-level. Love how gooey the center stays. Definitely trying this with air fryer next.
