Easy Chocolate Cookies: The easiest chocolate cookies ever! Only 4 ingredients and 15 minutes from bowl to belly!

Chocolate Cookies

I’m pretty much the cookie monster. I could literally eat cookies all day everyday.

Usually when I see a cookie recipe on TV or Pinterest, I have to have them NOW! NOW NOW NOWWWWW!

I don’t have the time or patience to mix in 23432 ingredients, chill my dough, and then bake 6 pans of cookies.

If you’re a lazy girl like me you’ll love these cookies. They only have FOUR count them 1,2,3,4 ingredients.

Easy, DELICIOUS Chocolate Cookies

If your oven can fit 2 pans at a time, you’re only 15 minutes away from these bad boys. What are you waiting for? Let’s get started right now!

Shopping Tips:

I used (and love) Jif Peanut Butter in these cookies. But feel free to use your favorite. For the best results use a creamy peanut butter that does not require stirring.

Is it possible to make this without egg? It looks like the egg whites is what gives it shape… Any ideas for a substitution?

      Hi Zomick,

The egg helps the dough stick together so I wouldn’t suggest leaving it out. If you are egg free maybe search for substitutes (flax maybe?).
