Cake Batter French Toast: Fluffy french toast that tastes just like cake batter! Finally, you can enjoy cake for breakfast!
I’ve always been a sweets girl for breakfast. I’ll turn my nose up at eggs and bacon (or save them for brinner=breakfast for dinner). I much prefer a jolt of sugar to get me going.

On busy mornings, this is usually a muffin, doughnut, or even sugar cereal. (Why yes I do have the diet of a 5 year old! Thanks for noticing!)
However, one of my favorite weekend or holiday breakfast treats is this cake batter french toast. It’s made with sweet Hawaiian bread, cake mix, and of course tons of sprinkles. I like to top mine with glaze (and sprinkles!!). However, syrup and powdered sugar would also taste amazing!
