Bagel Pizza Sliders: After School Snacks Recipes
Disclaimer: Today’s Bagel Pizza Sliders recipe is sponsored #CollectiveBias and it’s advertiser. All opinions about these delicious #AfterSchoolSnacks are my own.
Growing up I always went to my Grandparents after school. They took care of me until my Mom came home from work. One thing we were never short on at Grandma’s house was after school snacks. I’m not sure what it is about school they always makes kids so ravenous!
Typical after school snacks either don’t fill me up (chips) or put me into a food coma (cookies). I wanted to develop a recipe that can give you the energy to power through homework, but that you can also feel good about. I love that these are made with real cheese, and have zero grams of trans fat!
Best of all they are easy!!
Who wants to cook a meal before dinner? If your kids are older they can even make them by themselves with adult supervision.
I went to Walmart to pick up the new J.K. Rowling aka Robert Gailbraith book. While there I picked a few fresh and frozen ingredients for this dish. Feel free to substitute what you have on hand or what toppings your family likes (see my suggestions below).
