I really like to make “Aunt Allys’ Casserole” which is super easy. Cooked or raw chicken diced into bit size pieces, a bag of California veggies, 1 cup mayo, 2 eggs, 1 cup shredded cheese and 1 cup crumbled potato chips. Mix the first 4 ingredients well and spread into a casserole dish and top with the potato chips, bake for an hour at 350 degrees. It’s a family pleaser.
