bowl and blend for 1 minute. Increase speed and blend on high for 3
more minutes. Pour into crust and chill for 1to 2 hours. Grasp edges of
plastic wrap and lift cheesecake out of pan. cut into 16 bars.

Now I know the box says bars but my mom made a pie with it. She said it was very easy to do and the instructions were easy to follow. This did set up in an hour. We tried little pieces and it tastes so lite and fluffy. I like fluffy and not thick cheese cakes anyways. The crust was to die for. I give this 2 thumbs up. The No-Bake Key Lime cheesecake bars are a quick and very easy dessert to make.
