2. Cheesecake
3. Caramel

Caramel Apple Cheesecake 4

It is not an easy 10 minute dessert, but it is SO SO worth it. Plus what else have you got to do when you’re cooped up inside?

If you are short on time or just not into making things from scratch you can always use short cuts. (i.e. Store bought Graham Cracker Crust to replace the blondies, caramel ice cream topping, or frozen baked apples.

  9. You really should tell people to use a 9 inch springform pan instead of a 9 inch cake pan. My baked blondie crust left no room for the cheesecake portion.
I had to tear the blondie crust apart and press it into a springform pan in order to fit the cheesecake.

    • Thanks for sharing Crista.

Use a springform pan if you have one (personally I don’t!!). I should probably get on that
